The address & work schedule:

Monday, Wednesday – Clinic schedule is 8 AM till 5 PM.
Tuesday, Thursday – Clinic is open from 9AM till 6PM.
1 hour after 5PM is for our patients who physically can’t leave in business hours. All others will receive release from work or school duties.
Friday – 8AM – till 2PM is the day for medical management.
Call (870) 619-4516 if you need exception for Friday visit.
Monday – Thursday the Clinic is locked from 12 till 2PM. It takes 1 hour to finalize morning visits and 1 hour lunch for the stuff.
